Interviews Part I

Not only in times of Corona, we try to pick you up quickly and competently and get to know you. Sometimes it is necessary to conduct a short telephone interview in advance, but in most cases it is a video interview. This offers us the opportunity to quickly get in contact with you and to enable a mutual acquaintance.

Preboarding

You already have your contract but it´s still time for you to start live with us? No problem, we will take you with us and integrate you into your teams, trainings, topics and events. You will be seen and warmly welcomed so that you have a good start with us.

Interviews Part 2

After a successful first video interview, it has proven to be a good way to get you back together with the team or direct colleagues. I.e. this can also be done via video or in person on site. This level is very important to us, because the team and also the chemistry have to be right. Otherwise, at some point, the joy and fun are missing.

Onboarding

The first day and the first time is always something special. At the start, you can introduce yourself to the community in person by profile, we welcome you to the team and to your new workplace and you´re off to go. The central Mikado for all new colleagues by Bechtle, our internal Stemmer Mikado so you can get to know the organization, trainings for the most important tools and much more happens in the first days and weeks. There is a plan and training on the job. Don´t be alarmed, you´re not timed. It should be fun and show you what the Stemmer, the teams and your role look like.

If everything fits, we agree on the start and content, then everything goes very fast. Via our digital workflow, you get your contract of employment without small print and completely transparent. We always answer your questions openly and honestly and if everything fits and works out, then we look forward to seeing you in our team and the community.
